Cosmic Veggie Stir-Fry
A quick and colorful vegetable stir-fry with a tangy soy-ginger sauce, perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
