Interstellar Salmon Bowl

A hearty bowl of salmon, rice, and veggies, drizzled with a lemon-herb sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 1/4 cup carrots, steamed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dill

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with dill.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare your bowl by adding cooked brown rice, steamed broccoli, and steamed carrots.
  6. Place the baked salmon on top, and your interstellar fuel is ready to go!
