Interstellar Salmon Bowl
A hearty bowl of salmon, rice, and veggies, drizzled with a lemon-herb sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup broccoli, steamed
- 1/4 cup carrots, steamed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with dill.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, prepare your bowl by adding cooked brown rice, steamed broccoli, and steamed carrots.
- Place the baked salmon on top, and your interstellar fuel is ready to go!
