Space Traveler's Chicken Wrap
A protein-packed chicken wrap with creamy avocado and crunchy veggies, ideal for a meal on the go.
Ingredients
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread Greek yogurt across the center.
- Layer shredded chicken, avocado, lettuce, and cucumber evenly on the tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
