Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread Greek yogurt across the center.
